Inline Raman Spectrometer

The Inline Raman system employs a precise 785±0.5 nm laser source with an output power of 500 mW. It is equipped with a <7 cm⁻¹ high-resolution spectrometer and a back-illuminated TEC-cooled CCD detector, covering a wide spectral range of 150-4000 cm⁻¹. The power stability is less than 1% (8 hours), and it supports software-controlled light and Windows driver. It is suitable for high-sensitivity material analysis in various scenarios.

  • The spectrometer is equipped with a high-speed shutter at the laser end (response time <9 ms), and laser protection technology ensures safety and pure data

  • IP65 protection body combined with triple heat dissipation and vibration resistance design, suitable for harsh environments ranging from -25℃ to 50℃

  • Integrated multi-variable analysis engine, automatically parses and provides real-time concentration predictions, and automatically generates GMP-compliant reports
